bike@round is situated in Ivrea, a town in Piedmont surrounded by lush green countryside, near the beginning of the Aosta Valley and a few kilometres from Turin.

Your “pedalling around” will take you to places of considerable interest as regards their geology, history, natural environment, animals and food and wine. From the green morainic hills of the Canavese and Biellese areas, riding alongside the five lakes of glacial origin on the Ivrea Serra, Viverone and Candia lakes, the Dora Baltea river and Ivrea Canal, passing ancient manor houses and castles testifying to a past often marked by revolts and civil wars, through small villages and towns rich in history like Ivrea and Biella, browsing around the vineyards typical of the area at the foot of the Aosta Valley, and including, of course, the high areas of Valchiusella.
Weekly tour
Sabato sera cena di benvenuto. Domenica, lunedì, venerdì e sabato giornata in bici con soste e cene in locali tipici. Martedì e giovedì giornata in bici con soste per la degustazione di prodotti del territorio, cena libera. Mercoledì gita senza bici a Torino con cena.
Two-day tour
Friday evening welcome dinner. Saturday on the saddle with stops to taste local produce and dinner with traditional local food. Sunday morning on bikes with lunch.
Typical day
Breakfast in the hotel. Departure by bike or by shuttle to the tour starting point. In the late morning stop to taste local products, then set off again, possibly with another short stop to taste food and wine. Merenda sinoira (combined afternoon snack and dinner) on the way back or dinner with local dishes.
No animals can be brought on the tours.
